If after going through the process of trying to reset the password for your account you receive an error message, this means there is not an email login account under your email address, so there is no password to reset. This also means that you either have an account under a different email address or (in 99% of cases we've seen) you have an EasilyDo account which was created by connecting to Facebook.
For ease of use, if you connected to Facebook when you first used EasilyDo, the app created a Facebook login for you so that you can always have your settings and preferences saved within the app. Please return to EasilyDo and connect with Facebook and you'll find all of your preferences and settings and won't need to remember another password.
