Great suggestion, Patrick. Currently, we're looking at email from the perspective of 'how can we find the most important stuff we need from our inboxes so that we can spend less time searching and more time actually doing?'

With this question in mind, we're more on the path of features like 'Important Email' Alerts (where you can tell EasilyDo what emails you want picked up) and Emails Needing Your Attention (where EasilyDo can automatically tell if you need to follow up on an email).

Thanks again for asking about this, Patrick and it's good to know this is something people want. You're the best!

I am not understanding where my email shows up on this app. I have entered them all but no emails are showing up.

Hi Treena. Your full email Inbox will not be available within EasilyDo.

You can connect EasilyDo to several of your email accounts so that we can find and help you take care of tasks that are associated with emails that come your way, but again, you will not see your complete Inbox. To view the full list of email tasks that EasilyDo can help you with, begin by tapping the gear icon to get to the Settings page. From here, scroll to the 'Email' section where you'll see our Do Its (features) associated with email. Turn on the Do Its that will be helpful for you, and EasilyDo will begin the process of helping you with them.

The email Do Its work in different ways. Some like 'File Receipts' will work in the background for you as EasilyDo will take care of filing receipts into a folder called 'EDO/ Receipts' in your email account. Other Do Its like 'Add Reminder to Pay Bills' will recognize that you have a bill pay email, and then offer to add the bill to the Reminders app or to your Calendar so you can be sure to pay it on time.

Hi Danny- Thanks for asking! Your full email Inbox will not be available within EasilyDo, but EasilyDo will pick out important tasks from your Inbox and show them to you in the app. Does this make sense? See above for more info about how the app interacts with your email accounts and please feel free to ask if you have any other questions. Thanks again.

Hey, Kristin--Email refuses to acknowledge/verify my server email account. I've spent the entire afternoon; called my server support team, made sure I'm IMAP, password double checked... According to your instructions I am to open up the features page and tap a gear icon at the upper right of the main screen of the easily do app. I am not using the easily do app I am simply trying to use the email app I downloaded and there is no such icon displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. How can I get the email Application to egg knowledge and verify all the correct information so that I can set up my email account in email?

Unfortunately, EasilyDo does not support POP access which is what is necessary to connect a Comcast account. This is on our roadmap as an enhancement to consider for a future release. Thanks for asking, Daniel!

I am unable to add my company exchange email account.  The exchange server is hosted by Comcast so my user name is my email address.  I sure hope you can get this connection fixed.

    Hello Kristen,

will the feature of having individual emails coming through to EasilyDo be added in the future?

seems this should be a feature with being able to receive attachments from emails.

    Best,
